My 4 year old loves it

Ok I feel cheated because theres not much you can do. But my 4 year old has been playing it for a year and he loves it so I guess I have to be fair. One level is a cold, next is dirty teeth, then sprained leg and 4th is bike accident. I think it needs a bit more for $1.99
